Well for starters the ADC Protocol docs that are there well we got a
whole project for that purpose so having a copy in the client feels
kinda redundant the old nmdc extensions well that "could" possibly be
removed if there was another site mirroring that document.

Licenses in DC++ could be moved to a License Folder for a cleaner look

old build tools could be moved to a folder named build tools thinking
about the x64.bat

well you kinda see where im going with this right ?
