  dialog boxes not being able to resize with font size

Bug description:
  using Windows 7 Home Premium (32 bit) with default system font and
  font size set to Medium - 125%, dialog boxes don't resize to
  facilitate the larger font size which would be a problem to the
  visually impaired users
