the ADC docs are indeed out of place now that there is a separate
project.

licenses would be annoying to move because it would require an update to
the installer script.

what are "old build tools"? x64.bat is up-to-date (works for me on
recent Cygwin versions, that is); other shell scripts are still useful
for translations.

i can't see anything else that would require "cleaning". :)
