Well tried regenerating certs and changing my ports and now transfers as
well hang only timing out yet again ADCDebug shows nothing

  Rev 2402 unable to chat in ADCS hubs after a certain amount of time

Bug description:
  as of rev 2391 (happened on 2397 and 2402 as well) in DC++ after a few
  hours I cannot chat in ADCS hubs (tested on 2397 and 2402 of DC++ bzr)
  i can reconnect fine and transfer fine but no chat messages are sent,
  I have enabled ADCDebug and that doesn't even show me trying to send a
  chat message
