  Favorite users frame problem in rev 2403

Status in DC++:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The splitter in favorite users frame for rev 2403 is messed up (here's
  a screen shot http://i.imgur.com/mJvyd.png ) and when trying to add a
  user to favorites DC++ adds the entire userlist including hidden users
  (as can be seen from that same screen shot.
