  DL Progress lost

Status in DC++:
  Expired

Bug description:
  If DC++ 0707 is closed - Automatic restart after MS Update, or closed
  with close click on x - and a file DL is running.  when DC is
  restarted the DL either returns to the beginning or a previous partial
  completion state.  Win XP SP3.
