  Commands on REV 323

Bug description:
  The good news is that the IQ and msg now seems to reach the client
  (the test i did was a 100% success rate) :)

  But there seems a problem when you select multiple users from the
  userslist and send for example a kick command to them only a few (or
  1) seems to be threated by the hub , the number that is threated is
  random sometimes 1 sometimes even none and have seen 3 also , there is
  no error indication what so ever ....
