hi gyu i have 3 questions:

1ts is how to set min chars for nick. becouse of one of my usershave no nick in the hub or have 1 nick  of 1 chars..... 
In the settings i found only "maxnicklength"

Second is - i can't see a r - version

Third is - i can't ban a cid of the user only those who was registered .... Unregistred user  din't ban ...
