Title:
  Russian does not show up correctly in w7

Status in DC++:

Bug description:
  on xp it would work fine. in w7 fonts are not showing up correctly
  (only in hubs and pm) even if windows display language is set to
  russian (ultima only) and location is russia too.

  instead of russian letters it shows english onces with dots on top.

  menues are working fine though
