So this kind of transfers should be either omitted from the log or the
parameter should contain some text like 'Partial file list request'.

  Uploaded partial filelist transfers logged into the upload log with
  empty %[source] parameter

Status in DC++:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Sometimes i can see in upload.log rows looking like:
  date time: uploaded to user hash value

  this post always comes in pair(same user/one pair), where it seems one
  is size 218, and the other 3896

  a regular upload.log looks like
  date time filename user hash

  What is the weird log rows where no file i specified, a different
  client than dc++, or something else, something to do with the
  filelist?. Thankful for help solving this.
