Title:
Request: change speed limit through status bar or system icon
Status in DC++:
Fix Committed
Bug description:
This is a feature request.
DC++ v0.762 works very nice on Windows 7 64-bits and almost 3TB share organized in virtual folders. Thanks for this!
Now DC++ has a builtin speed limiter but one has to click to
Preferences each time he/she wants to change speed. I would love to
see a faster way like for example uTorrent client has: through
rightclicking on the status of uTorrent application window or
rightclicking on the System Tray icon. The D Limit and U Limit are
included in DC status bar but not clickable.
Often I want limit upload speed when I work on PC but give full speed
when I go away. Now I have to do 3 clicks and type 0 in upload speed
limit whereas with uTorrent client with just 2 mouseclicks. The lack
of comfort is not the number of mouseclicks but typing the speed
ratio.
Thx and kind regards
