Title:
  filelist does not update files after creating new sfv in the event old
  had inaccurate data

Status in DC++:
  Expired

Bug description:
  DC Version 0.75 r1667
  OS: Windows Vista 32-bit

  After creating hashes for files in a folder and checking against the
  sfv a file reports a crc mismatch (in my case the file was renamed)
  and does not add file to the share; after deleting the old sfv,
  creating a new one, and refreshing the file list the same file still
  reports incorrect crc values even though the sfv has been replaced by
  a new, current version, so still is not added to the share.
