  file not shared yet users are uploading

Status in DC++:

Bug description:
  i am pretty sure that i havent shared some files and yet i find people
  uploading them....when i try to locate these files, dc++ indicates
  that they are contained in "incomplete folder", i have checked and
  haven't found those files. how is this possible?
