  Problems remaining with the Users frame (rev2600)

Bug description:
  1. Question : should usersframe userlist keep the non-favorite users who leave the connected hubs?
  Currently it keeps them but memory consumption with long run and high overall usercount can be a concern. Also there's a small bug in it, as 'Last seen' coloumn should show 'Offline' for offline non-fav users, not the epoch date...

  2. There is an event when downloads finished (and the source is
  removed from the queue) but the userlist filtered with 'Downloads
  pending' doesn't change in this case, the user remains in it even if
  and can be removed only only with manual checkbox change (on/off)

  3. maybe 2. is the same with Pending uploads, not tested

  4. the offline favorite users' nicks are still not shown (not read
  from fav.xml?) when the frame opened
