[Bug 885943] Re: File transfers halt in DC++, reestarting is the only remedy

more information

in process explorer, highlighting dc++ after it has come into this state
will not give anything at the lower pane view, dll's or handles

but right clicking on it and selecting properties will still show the
properties window

under the strings tab, there is only <Error opening file> in image mode,
and <Error opening process> in memory mode... somehow , toggling back to
image mode will remove the string, but the memory mode string will
remain

under the TCP tab, there are established tcp connections

under security and environment, they are both blank

under threads, there is a constantly cycling list of threads... there is one thread at base address 0x0 which seems to be consuming the most cpu, which is fractions of a percent on my computer... all the other threads have 'ntldll.dll!RtlUserThreadStart' as the base address
clicking on 'stack' on any thread brings up an error window saying 'unable to access thread'
