[Bug 952531] Re: download dir doesn't exist, so a download was deleted instead of moved from temporary dir
Because the temporary target is set when a download is started/resumed
while the final target is set in the queue item when you add a new item
to the download queue.

Title:
download dir doesn't exist, so a download was deleted instead of moved
from temporary dir
Status in DC++:
Invalid
Bug description:
DCPlusPlus-0.791, Windows 7
I typed the temp and complete download dirs in the settings, and
mistyped a non-existing path (drive letter actually) for both dirs.
Initially downloads didn't start, but I fixed both dir names in the
settings and used 'Force connect' to make the downloads start.
After a download finished, it wasn't moved to the 'finished downloads'
dir (both temp and finished dirs were on drive C). It didn't exist in
the temp dir anymore either, so I assume it was deleted.
It's not clear to me why the 'temp dir' setting change had effect, but
the 'completed download dir' didn't.
