  Rev 571 debug startup crash

Bug description:
  when trying to run Rev 571 compiled with MINGW 4.6.1 on a 2008 server
  it gives following:

  
  Error loading file: SWIG_UnknownError:random_device::random_device(const std::st
  ring&)
  Error loading file: adchpp-ptokax.lua:426: attempt to index field 'main_bot' (a
  nil value)
  Error loading file: SWIG_UnknownError:random_device::random_device(const std::st
  ring&)
  terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
    what():  random_device::random_device(const std::string&)

  This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
