Tryed now with debug rev581 taken from builds.dcbase.org

Same error happens as with 571using a standard adchpp.xml

when i remove the bloom and scripts plugins the core starts but trows a
mem exeption on first connect.

Tryed to run under gdb but get a fatal start with following:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
  what():  random_device::random_device(const std::string&)

  when trying to run Rev 571 compiled with MINGW 4.6.1 on a 2008 server
  it gives following:

  nil value)
