DC++ 0.674 is outdated and poses a security risk as well as being
unsupported please update to the latest version at
http://dcplusplus.sourceforge.net/> which is version 0.799

  When I select files to download, TTH just keeps repeating, no files
  download

Bug description:
  Running 0.674, just changed my OS to Windows 7 Ultimate.  When I
  select files to download, the TTH roots just keep cycling through
  repeatedly, without a single file being downloaded.  No firewall, I'm
  in Passive mode (can't go active).
