do you mind saving your queue.xml, dcplusplus.xml adding them to an
archive and coming into <adcs://hub.dcbase.org:16591> and sending me a
message so i can look at those files a bit more to try and reproduce?

  When I select files to download, TTH just keeps repeating, no files
  download

Bug description:
  Running 0.674, just changed my OS to Windows 7 Ultimate.  When I
  select files to download, the TTH roots just keep cycling through
  repeatedly, without a single file being downloaded.  No firewall, I'm
  in Passive mode (can't go active).
