Hi there having same prob.. crash log was:
DC++ has crashed on 2013-03-11 at 19:20:37.
Please report this data to the DC++ team for further investigation.

Title:
  Freeze at start, DC++ 0.811

Status in DC++:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Typically at start, but randomly in running state I get a dialog with title "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" etc...
  after pressing the button, the program terminating. If not, the program bacame hang after a few minutes.

  SW: today had changed from .782 to .811, before the change I haven't got the problem
  OS: XP SP3 with all windows updates
