Title:
  running downloads status not showing in Download Queue

Status in DC++:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I have reported bug#1012432 in version 0.799 of the installer running
  on Win7 HP SP1.

  While faultfinding that bug I found this one.

  My Downloads Queue does not show the status "Running..." for all
  current downloads.

  It only shows the "Running..." status for downloads that are stuck and
  have already completed more than 100%.

  For regular running downloads it shows the status "User offline" and
  "0 B (0.00%)" Downloaded, despite large amounts already downloaded.

  For the Stuck downloads it shows the correct status "Running...", but
  also shows "0 B (0.00%)" Downloaded, despite large amounts already
  downloaded.

  I downloaded the V0.799 installer again and re-installed.

  I checked the Queue Tab again and it did not show any of the running
  downloads as running.

  I downloaded the V0.791 .exe and re-installed.

  I checked the Queue Tab and it now correctly shows the running
  downloads, and so far do not have any stuck downloads.
