Have problem with this too but found some more problem probably with
some connection.

The hub didn't restart today and the solution was to remove the
entitystats.txt file.

Didn't get and error msg it just tock 100% of one core and got stuck.

  on +reload the hub goes down.
  on +showentity nick  nothing happens at all

  the settings are on to log

  seems to work in 2.9.0 but not in 2.11.0...
