sorry, busy these days - if anyone wants to take a stab at fixing this,
it probably has to do with the recent user/level-related changes in
access.lua.

this is actually a good project to familiarize oneself with some aspects
of the ADCH++ scripts. :)

  +reload
  +showentity nick

  on +reload the hub goes down.
  on +showentity nick  nothing happens at all

  the settings are on to log

  seems to work in 2.9.0 but not in 2.11.0...
