The issue is that the code there for some reason assumes info is an
entity and not a table thus trying to get the level from there.
Commenting these lines should do the trick until info.changes should do
the trick (I don't know access.guard well enough to say where the
propper code should though).

  on +reload the hub goes down.
  on +showentity nick  nothing happens at all

  the settings are on to log

  seems to work in 2.9.0 but not in 2.11.0...
