Translations for DC++ are cummunity driven for most of the languages, including Slovak. If you find a mistake you can fix it yourself here in the project's web based translation interface. 
There's a lot of untranslated strings for Slovakian at https://translations.launchpad.net/dcplusplus/trunk/+lang/sk so any help would be appreciated.

  Typo in quit confirmation message of slovak translation

Bug description:
  Message "Really exit?" currently says "Skutčne ukončiť?" when sk
  language is set. It should be "Skutočne ukončiť?" instead.
