  exception.txt the same directory

Status in DC++:
  New

Bug description:
  Cant start dc++ crashes in the beginnig of the program without opening it ans says : DC++ just encounted a fatal bug and should have written an exeptioninfo.txt the same directory as the executable?
  What shit is this?
