  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Unable to move / rename a file which is currently running.
  PseudonympH recently mentioned this, which i had forgotten about, and have always worked around (by pausing, renaming / moving then resuming).
  Versions affected: 0.401 (and possibly earlier) to 0.706.
