Surely people will whine when they lose all their settings.
Why are you asking silly questions? Of course it is about the latest version: 0.831 (r3365). And on Windows 8.1. Instead of keeping my previous settings (2013), it found some settings from 2009! All the lists are gone. The new hubs are lost. Old ones, long time dead, appear in the connect list. It's a mess. 
You should not respond if you are incompetent.
I actually donated for this project. Shame on you.

  Lost settings

Bug description:
  Stupid instalation! It lost all my previous settings!  Now I have to
  spend hours to restore that information. Stupid stupid stupid! The
  BACKUP folder has some erratic settings.
