I am also having same problem earlier it was working fine ....but today
it started showing the bug

Title:
  Active mode does not work with Windows 8.1

Status in DC++:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  With manual port forwarding I cannot get active mode working I've even
  tried Nat-PMP and Mini-UPnP both correctly map the ports but active
  mode does not work (all 3 scenarios worked in Windows 7 but now I'm on
  Windows 8.1 and it does not work)
