Running without tumbnail previews on for ~2 days (doing another round of
testing now) but no issue has popped up yet so time will tell.

  DC++ does not update contents of chat on tab change (Win 10)

Bug description:
  After leaving DC++ running for a while with a few hubs open, when I
  change from Tab-A to Tab-B, the contents of Tab-A continue to show
  even though Tab-B is chosen. Only the text of chat is not updated, the
  rest of the frame (Userlist, statusbar, etc) is all shown to reflect
  the proper tab, I believe this to be an issue of thumbnail previews.
