Title:
  Automatic connection detection is not working (Win 10)

Status in DC++:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When having DC++ detect my connection it fails on Win 10 (Even though
  it works on Win 8.1) by telling me I have a public address which is
  completely wrong since my IP is 10.0.0.x . Please see
