3) WindowManager does save the title of the whole tab, but only so it
can be shown in the recent window list. I would add a param in
HubFrame::getWindowParams / HubFrame::parseWindowParams that would save
/ load the custom tab text.

4) We need a way to clear the custom tab text - maybe use a ParamDlg
with 1 text-box and 1 check-box?

5) (optional :D) I would rename "tab text" in the "dcpp" lib to
something more generic, like "GUI title"...
