[Bug 1654411] Re: sharing filtering can't add words in upper, lower and/or mixed case
rev ae6d4c5bb320 removes these uniqueness checks. I leave it to future
improvements to allow for both case-sensitive and case-insensitive
checks?

Title:
sharing filtering can't add words in upper, lower and/or mixed case
Status in DC++:
Fix Committed
Bug description:
I have an issue with the sharing filtering.
If i want to add 'screens' to the filter i press the Modify button and a new window will open. In this window i have a few things i can do. One of them is to add filenames i want to filter out from my share.
This filter is case sensitive so if i want to add 'screens' and 'Screens' this is not possible from this window by pressing the Add button (it won't even show them both as you can see in the attachment). I did found a workaround for it though.
I can manually type it on the line, but it is not possible to use the Modify window to add 'screens;Screens;screenS'.
It is the same behavior on all three filters, 'File name filtering with regular expressions', 'File extension filtering' and 'Path filtering'.
DC++ 0.863 MinGW-w64's GCC 6.2.0 (x64)
