Can you clarify why this function is needed in the first place? How can
SFV check could be useful? If the file is edited or corrupted that CRC32
does not equal the one from SFV file, that file will have different TTH
from the original.

  SFV checker could not be disabled

Status in DC++:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Unticking `Settings → Advanced → Enable automatic SFV checking` does
  not disable SFV checking in dcpp/HashManager.cpp or
  dcpp/SFVReader.cpp. In case of CRC32 difference, file won't be added
  to share even with this option disabled.
