I took notice of the #1774502 but I cannot understand how to fix my
problem. If I update my DC ++ client to a new version do you believe
that it will be ok  ??

Bug description:
  Hi there from Athens Greece.

  The last few days I receive the below error.

  the country-level ipv4 geoip database could not be updated

  I connect to a hub, but I cannot search or download anything.
  My version of DC++ is 0.867

  Please for your help.
