Attached an extensively tested patch that takes care of the above items,
plus :

- Actually takes and sends the encrypted UDP data
- Moves the encrypting / decrypting functions to CryptoManager where they belong best
- Adds proper listening to TimerManager
- Fixes adding new keys to the temporary storage of the generated keys so decryption of the received results can be successful
- Sends encryption keys with active searches only to save hub bandwidth
