Delegation of talent.

Maybe we should all figure out where our talents are and start there.  I
know there is some really talented people in this group, we should
exploit each members talent to the fullest so we end up with not just a
good project, but the best project we are all capable of.

If we break this up into segments we might get rolling faster and more
effectively. 

Example:

Screen shots / video
Narration
Translation 
Formating
Editing
Publishing
Support
Etc...

I know there are people in this group that are much better at video /
screen casting than I am for example, but at the same time I am pretty
good at public speaking and narration. However, my stronger suit would
be handling questions from new users and pointing them in the right
direction; locating the information they need and so on.  

I know Tim is good at translating English to German; Tim and I have
exchanged emails to each other in German (he is polite too, as bad is my
German is, he never said anything) Thanks for not correcting my errors
Tim... ;) 

Just my 2 cents worth... Open for criticism and suggestion

P.S.  I would be happy to jump on a jet and come to Europe if anyone
needs me over there.  Sending me back the states might be an issue
though... :P
