I'll have to look into those, but I'm afraid that for now translations
cannot be included in Ubuntu unless they are translated upstream. See
bug 512395 for more info. Should be translated upstream for now, or
patch the Ubuntu package with the translations. If I can help with that,
please let me know.

* Simple Scan: can be translated here ->

* Firefox Web Browser: similar to the OpenOffice.org case. Should be
