แนะนำว่า เป็น แฟ้ม ก่อนจะดีกว่าครับ เพราะหลายๆ คำ มันเข้ามาจาก GNOME อีกที
ซึ่งทีม GNOME แปล File ว่า แฟ้ม ครับ

ถ้าแปลไม่ตรงกัน เวลาใช้งานมันจะมีคำหลายคำ ชวยสับสนครับ

ถ้าอยากแปลเป็นไฟล์ ผมว่า ลองคุยกับทีม GNOME ให้แปลไปในทิศทางเดียวกันครับ
ผู้ใช้จะได้ไม่สับสน
