Re: [LXLE] LXLE Paradigm goes final with 12.04.3 update.
Hi,
12,04.3 LTS goes into testing 22nd August? The testers are awaiting? I'm
not too sure what you are aiming at?
As you have removed things like lx-terminal and replaced it with different
terminal system; it seems to me that lxle is no longer an attempt to keep
lubuntu 12.04 active, but a whole new community re-spin based on lubuntu.
Whilst we have no issues with community re spins, if you are taking the
default parts of lubuntu out, it is no longer an lts attempt of lubuntu
12.04, but a community spin. As such, you should alter your description
from being:
lxle will support 12.04 as if it were an lubuntu LTS
into:
lxle will change lubuntu 12.04 as we see fit.
It is important that people using it know the difference.
Regards,
Phill.
