Hello Federico,

Many thanks for sharing your opinion. We do need to communicate and share
our thoughts. Much appreciated :)

Well said.

The current Team Leaders + anyone who would like to step in and as per the
proposal, there are some requirements but that can be changed to make life
easier and to attract new people. What we need is people who love Lubuntu
and willing to go the extra miles. I don't mean to burn themselves like I
have done tons of time despite how many times my wise friend and wonderful
mentor, Phill, used to advise me over and over again but I didn't listen
because I love Lubuntu. We need people who care. People who communicate.
Honestly, I personally don't care much anymore whether someone has been
around for 3 years or someone has joined 3 days ago. If that person has a
passion and willing to give more and come up with new things every now and
then to improve Lubuntu, then he/she might be the best candidate.

I have some names in mind. But I can not propose these names. I am waiting
for them to step in. I have a vision. I could be wrong but I still see the
future of this community with some people, most of them are new to this
family but they have showed a great passion and care.

I know you are busy. What you are doing right now called 'care'. You care,
you reply. You care, you share. This kind of people what we do need.
Lubuntu needs those who care and share.

You have shared a lot of amazing information that I don't even know at some
points. You have been a huge assist when you first stepped in and helped or
shared your ideas. Your project, which sadly didn't see the light (well,
because ... ) is a great project that could help Windows XP Users to
migrate to Lubuntu. Again, sadly it did not see the light :(

If real life will take you from us, it makes us sad but at the same time,
thankful for all what you have shared. Remember my thread about video and
720p, etc? for two years in Lubuntu, I have never been excited about
something like I was with that thread :D great information and wonderful
thread.
