Hi again,

So, I did the changes in Wiki at:
- https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/Developers
- https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/QA
- https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/Testing

Hopefully there aren't much more references to technical IRC channels throughout the wiki.

It would be good to see some reference in the following page in which I can't change anything:

Could you guys do me the big favor of hunting around for every
reference to IRC on the wiki and add a channel for QA/development,
namely #lubuntu-devel? Also the QA/development pages should then
