[Lubuntu-admins] [Bug 1754500] [NEW] Remembering last closed Qterminal window size should be configurable

Public bug reported:

Currently, Qterminal always sets the size of subsequntly opened
Qterminal windows to that of the last closed Qterminal window. If a user
enlarges a single window for temporary use, they need to resize it back
before closing it if they want later windows to be a standard size.

Ideally, there would be a checkbox for remembering the last size, or if
this is not checked, two numeric input boxes for the column and row size
to use for all new Qterminal windows.
