Canonical released this palette thru his wiki, left for Ubuntu main
family and right one for derivatives:




If you have questionsabout this you must contact François (as is) at the
Launchpad. Or if you have luck, try to contact Mr. Jones at Canonical.

Regarding the "polling" mode, it's easy. Decissions take form thanks to
the Lubuntu Mailing Lists and the Lubuntu Wiki. If you have an
alternative don't doubt and publish a new theme. It will be considered
with the same attention as others.
