Technically, we can't. Because Ubuntu theme is made of a GNOME Theme, a
Metacity Theme etc ... where we are using Openbox, we can't use GNOME
theme etc ..

But Lubuntu is not Ubuntu. It's based on, it's not the same, so it make
sense to have a different theme.
