hello guys after an upgrade from lucid to maveick i got as result this problem

so now i cannot install any package at all

PS :i 've tried to configure the packge with

dpkg --configure package but doesnt work
this too sudo dpkg --force-all --configure -a  without succes

any tho how to fix this
