So, here's the deal:

First, this strange behavior is not about lxmenu, but lxpanel (sorry).
Second, the 'no apparent reason' i mentioned before would be touching Alt+F4
when i'm in no particular window... it only happen sometimes, i can't
recreate it always!

Hope someone has an idea about this and how to solve it :)
