Hiyas gang,

I've taken the liberty of adding stlsaint (one of the Ubuntu Beginners Team
mentors) and AndrewMC (A council member of ubuntu-youth) as ops on our two
channels. (We had a troll in earlier).

I know them both, they are excellent people and willing to help.

If anyone has an issue with my doing so, please let me know.
