The same for me with the browser plugin. But Alt+F2 works perfectly. I
will investigate what makes Ozone different dealing with menus and fix
it. There're two or three things to improve in the theme, I'm working on
it, don't care, the package will be upgraded with a fully functional
theme at a time.

Jean-Pierre, I know that this is a silly question, but I have to do it.
Have you installed the Murrine engine correctly? If yes, try to install
the Ozone theme in your .themes folder and see if there's ant difference
(that's supopsed to work the same). Look at mine, it looks normal (it's
the current uploaded version):
